Make sure you are able to view the image by checking the url, for example if you are using %26lt;img src="http://www.myspace-codes.com.cn/"http://www.myimage.jpg"%26gt;"
you should be able to open http://www.myimage.jpg by pasting that into your browser, if you are unable to open it then there is a problem with the image host, try using another image host such as http://photobucket.com/, you can get a free account there

You have to include the path or URL inbetween the speechmarks.
You don't use the %26lt;form%26gt; tag in that way.
DO a Goole search for HTML tutorials for more information.

the code is:

simply put the url of your picture between the quotations.
You can get the URL by either using a picture off google, or you can use the URL from your pictures in photobucket.
Though if they no longer work with photobucket, upload your pics to www.tinypic.com
