How do i make an icon collage that has five icons?

2 on the first %26amp; last row %26amp;%26amp; one in between? is it possibe?

i make collages for layouts and stuff like that. i use paint shop pro 8 its pretty easy once you get the hang of it.. hope it helps and get the icons off photobucket
